Love HidesLove once knocked on my door, shook my hand with such remorse.
Grabbed my shoulders, and pulled me nigh.
Love looked deep into my eyes, and whispered softly that I would die.
The sky quickly turned from blue to grey.
I cowered down in fear, in shock, and distain.
Lightning hit, it began to rain.
I sharply pointed my finger, and told love to never come back, never come back again!
Five months grew to ten, a year and more.
Love not again knocked on my door.
Alone and cold in my dark empty room.
I take my last breath, where love once bloomed.
